We provide services and digital content related to yoga classes, including video lessons, courses and personal lessons with a trainer (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs your use of the Site and Services. Please carefully read the terms of this Agreement. By using our Site and Services or by clicking “Accept” in the relevant interface, you confirm your agreement to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the Site and Services.

Parties

This Agreement is between you (the user of the Site and Services) and the Company. By using our Site or Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to form legally binding agreements. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use the Site and Services.

Registration and Account

To access all features of the Site and Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for the security of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. Termination of Services

Disputes and Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to consideration in the relevant courts of Ukraine. You also have the right to contact the authorized consumer protection authorities.
