Description

Harmony is a full-fledged training program, built on the algorithms of the third level of the Yoga Workout System and contains everything you need for successful independent practice.


The course begins with a video about setting up exercises, possible mistakes and recommendations. This will help make your practice more effective, conscious and safe.


The structure of the site will help you monitor your progress within the level and not fall off the schedule.
